Laksana Business Park Emphasized that it has pocketed IUKI from the Ministry of Industry since a year ago as a strong legal basis for the development and operation of modern industrial estates in North Tangerang.
JAKARTA, Agung Intiland News — Laksana Business Park today conveyed an official affirmation that the industrial estate has obtained an Industrial Estate Business Permit (IUKI) issued by the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia since one year ago. This legality is the main foundation in ensuring that all development, marketing, and operational activities in the area run in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and national standards.
The IUKI was issued after the Laksana Business Park was declared to meet all technical, administrative, and spatial planning requirements required by the government. With the ownership of this permit, Laksana Business Park legally operates as an industrial estate that has structure, governance, and infrastructure readiness in accordance with applicable regulations.
"The existence of IUKI since one year ago is proof of our commitment to building legal, planned, and high-standard industrial estates. We convey this affirmation to ensure that all tenants and partners understand that the area's operations are on a strong legal basis," said the management representative of Laksana Business Park.
In the one year since the issuance of the permit, Laksana Business Park has continued to develop regional infrastructure, including main road access, drainage systems, power grids, clean water facilities, and 24-hour area-based security systems. The improvement of this facility is aimed at supporting tenant operations while improving the quality of regional services.
Located in North Tangerang, Laksana Business Park offers strategic location advantages with direct access to major logistics networks, ports, airports, and national distribution lines. This area is designed to serve the needs of the light manufacturing industry, modern warehousing, logistics, distribution, and supply chain sectors that require a strategic location and complete legality of the area.
With the legality that has been owned since last year, Laksana Business Park is now focusing on accelerating tenant onboarding, strengthening regional utilities, and improving management services oriented towards efficiency and sustainability. This step strengthens the region's position as a competitive investment destination in the western industrial corridor of Greater Jakarta. (JP)
